Scope

These terms set out the rights and obligations between fwdlab (the seller) and customers when transacting on fwdlab.tech. By ordering and paying, customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of these terms and the related policies.

Seller's rights and obligations

• Deliver products as described, at the listed price, and within the promised time.
• Customer information is protected under our Privacy policy; technical support, warranty and updates as committed.
• Receive and resolve customer complaints under the published procedure.

Customer's rights and obligations

• Provide accurate information (full name, phone number, email, Gmail address) for delivery and support.
• Pay in full at the listed price before the product is delivered.
• Use the software for its intended purpose; do not copy, redistribute, resell or transfer the product to third parties without the seller's written consent.
• You are responsible for securing your own Google account, where all your work data is stored.

Intellectual property

The fwdlab brand, library source code and accompanying documents are owned by the Nguyen Quoc Tuan household business. When you buy a product, you're granted the right to use it for your own personal or organizational purposes; reselling, distributing or copying it without permission is a violation and may be dealt with under the law.

Governing law

Transactions on this website are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Vietnam.
