fwdlab products are digital and delivered electronically, with no shipping fees.
Delivery method
As soon as payment is confirmed, the system automatically emails you the delivery package: a setup guide link with a visual video, access to the app and a detailed user manual. You can set it up yourself, or have a technician help you directly via Zalo.
Delivery time
Since payments through PayOS or Zalopay are confirmed automatically, the delivery email usually arrives within minutes, at most within 24 hours. If a technical issue causes a delay, contact Zalo 0896207741 for help.
A note on data
The software runs on your Google account; your work data is stored in your own Google Drive, not on a third-party server.
Scope
Since these are digital products, customers anywhere with an Internet connection can receive and use them.
